Postgraduates Studies

  A postgraduate degree is to continue your university studies after receiving your university degree. And I think it is a great challenge, because to continue studying after having fulfilled a difficult goal of finishing a full university career, it must be a very important decision.   Postgraduate studies are made to be able to investigate even more in the studies already carried out. Postgraduate courses are carried out after finishing your university degree.  I personally believe that an obstacle to doing so is the need to work immediately at the end of your studies or not having money to finance the postgraduate program. And precisely it must be very difficult in our country chile, where education is very expensive. But if it is something necessary, we must look for options so that money is not a great obstacle. Academic Challenges 2021

I think we have all faced very similar challenges these years. But the most difficult was to completely change my routine and have classes completely  online these two years, and being “locked up” all this time with my family at home.  Having to enter my first year of university, in a online class completely change my plans really. Personally, it has been very difficult for me to generate relationship with people from the university.  But having to get up late for classes and being alone in my room at the end, has also given me comfort. But I think my teaching is not being complete I think, and I realized it when I went to face to face classes. In a single class, I learned much more than these two years online. I think face to face classes are essential, despite the small confort that online classes give us.  An obstacle to learning at home, I think in the beginning was that nobody knew how it was going to work doing online classes.  And in the beginning I doesn...

My dream job

  Since I was little I always liked fashion and television. At one point I wanted to even be a singer...Just to be famous and dress great. And even though my whole family liked how I sang, my dream was based on being Hannah Montana. (something imposible hahaha) But despite that frustraed dream, my life always seeks to be related to fashion. At one point I wanted to be a costume designer, but drawing wasn't really my thing.  Until I saw one of my favorite movies in the world, "The devil wears Prada" and be totally in love with Andy's work and specially Miranda´s work. I dream of writing a fashion magazine in New York and attending all the Fashion week shows.  And thinking about what to study to get to that I decided to study Journalism. Because I want to live in New York and meet everyone reporting fashion shows, interviewing the most important designers in the world, being invited to all the shows. The role of technology in my profession and life!!

  Hello! Another day another blog...I fell that since I was born technology has always been part of my life. From a very young age I had cell phones and I always remember watching Disney movies on TV. I fell like this was a huge advantage, but also something very difficult to cope with if not handled well.  My favorite piece of technology, I think is my cell phone. It's what I use the most every day and I really love being able to stay connected all day and know what's going on with my close people and the rest of the world.  Even thought this is an advantage, it has also led me to have problems as I became completely addicted to the cell phone and I speak seriously! There are times when I can't stop being in it and I know it is annoying for the people around me and me too.  That's why I think you have to be very careful with technology and use it very intelligently.  Thanks to what I am studying, I feel that I am very connected to technology all day, I use my c...

My best Holiday Ever...

How nice to be able to remember one of the best nations I´ve ever had in my life.  I went to Orlando, Florida. Specifically to Disney World and Universal Studios, in February 2019. ( One of the best dates to go, by the way) I went with my dad, my sister and my mom. And it was very special because my parent have been separated since I was very young, but they still decided to travel together to fulfill a dream I always had since I was little and my sisters current dream... get to know the Disney castle and the princesses.  Traveling there was really magical. The only "bad thing" was having to get up very early in order to enjoy the theme parks all day.  The first day I went to Magic Kingdom... and I admit that I had a couple of tears when I saw the Cinderella´s castle, it was beautiful.  Then we met Hollywood studios...   I have always been interested in knowing the United State going to each state. I have already visited 2 states, Florida and New York, and now I would really Like to know Los Angeles, California.  I would really like to go, because it is a very touristic place. I want to visit Disney, the Hollywood sign, the walk of fame, the recording studios of series like friends! my favorite!  I would like to know each of these places with my family who also loves Disney and movies, I think it must be very interesting to see where they record movies and series that we already see. It would be great maybe to meet a celebrity, because most of the actors live there. There´s  a good chance that will happen. There are even sightseeing tours of the houses of celebrities.  I would also like to visit the Santa Monica Pier, where there is a playground and a large wheel of fortune.  Since I was a child...

  Anna Wintour, is the most powerful woman in the fashion industry. She is the editor- in- chief of Vogue North America, a British journalist, and writer. She has worked in many fashion magazines, in 1983 she came to Vogue, and in 1988 se began to be the editor- in- chief to this day. I like it too much, and I admire very much the path that she managed to make herself to be able to become a fashion icon, and very respectable person in this industry. I admire her and she is a reference because she practices the kind of journalism I would like to practice. And also because being a woman has struggled to get to where she is, and is always criticized for her character, without taking into account all her work, something that makes me too angry. I think his work at Vogue magazine has been one of the best, and she's managed to make a big mark on fashion. Although it is only a dream, I would like to meet her and go to her masterclass in New York.
